Course Curriculum
Native Frequencies is an online based course that guides you into spaces of reconnection to self through the elements. Through shared wisdom, deep dive journeys into the subconscious & vocal practices, you will develop a deep relationship with your voice. This course offers both self paced & live guidance from two experienced and dedicated facilitators.
SELF-PACED MODULES
INTRODUCTION & FOUNDATIONS | Building an awareness of where you are at now, and where you are going
MODULE 1 - EARTH & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT | Connecting into your ancestry & relationship to the land. To move forward, we must know where we have come from.
MODULE 2 - THE RETURNING | Reconnection to the inner child. Discovering the origin, the paint points & the power.
MODULE 3 - AIR | Developing connection to the breathe, listening & the space between
MODULE 4 - FIRE | A journey through rage, passion, power and truth! Finding your spark!
MODULE 5 - WATER | Accessing memories, grief & emotions. Releasing what has been held for so long. Returning to the heart.
MODULE 6 - SPIRIT | Connection to spirit, elementals & the ancestors.
CLOSING & INTEGRATION | Creating space for acknowledgement of the journey & setting course for the future ahead.

Musician, Sonic Weaver, Changemaker.
Joydah hails from Kabayan, Benguet, Philippines. Raised in the village by her Grandmother, a childhood steeped in ancestral wisdom & connection. Her upbringing seeded within her the knowledge & wisdom that she walks with.
Her voice is her gift. Her presence is powerful. Her heart, deeply felt. She walks with a fierce love, the kind that stings in a good way.
Joydah’s dedication to community is like no other. She endeavours to seek honesty, to reveal truth & doesn’t mind being disliked in the name of what is right. She walks an integral path, guiding others home to the medicine within themselves. Reminding them of their own authority, returning permission inwards.
AROHA ASHLEY
Healer, Spaceholder, Intuitive Guide.
Aroha was born & raised in Queenstown, New Zealand. Her whakapapa (genealogy) connects to the indigenous tribes of Aotearoa (Ngāti Rangiwewehi, Ngāi Tamanuhiri, Waitaha), England, Scotland & Ireland.
She has walked the path of reclamation of her ancestry, understanding the pathway from disconnection to remembering. It is through this journey that Aroha truly reclaimed her voice. Anchoring into the energy of her ancestors, reclaiming ancestral power & gifts.
She walks with reverence in her calling to guide others. Her deep presence offers space for others to arrive & be remembered. She holds a gentle yet fierce reflection of reclamation.
